The Raith Rovers project was a partnership between JobCentre Plus, BRAG Enterprises, and Sabre Associates, which took on groups of unemployed people and over several weeks gave them opportunities that were designed to build confidence in the individuals, promote team work, develop new skills, and help the individuals back into employment.
